We have been working with Ian since early 2022 during our pilot with Millennium Hotels where he was a Principal Consultant of Global Operations. He is also the CEO of Wilson Innovation labs which provides expertise in the design and operations of complex hotel enterprises and helps them with leveraging data, analytics, and automation to improve profit, service and productivity. Currently, Ian is the Regional head of Hospitality for The Line in Neom.
