Yes. Our BASIC and PRO tiers are designed to function fully without any Property Management System (PMS) integration. In the PRO plan you can upload guests to Viqal or connect your bookings via email. Only the PREMIUM plan includes full integration for advanced, real-time automation.

‍BASIC and PRO Plans (No PMS): You can typically launch your AI Assistant the same day when your knowledge base is fully provided and trained. We recommend accounting for 3-5 business days for your team's internal data collection and onboarding.

‍PREMIUM Plan (PMS Integration): If we already integrate with your PMS, connection is instant. If a new PMS integration is required, please account for an additional 2-6 weeks for development and testing.
