How is Viqal's pricing determined?

Viqal's pricing is based on the number of rooms at your property. This volume-based structure ensures that the price per unit automatically decreases for larger hotels, providing maximum value. Use the calculator above to see your exact price.

What are the WhatsApp / SMS delivery fees?

Message delivery fees for WhatsApp and SMS are external charges from Meta and SMS carriers — they are not included in your subscription. They pass through to you at cost, with no markup from Viqal: itemised by channel and country, and invoiced alongside your subscription.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No. We do not charge any setup, installation, or hidden fees. Our team handles onboarding, PMS connection, WhatsApp Business setup, and AI tuning at no additional cost on every tier.

What payment methods do you offer?

We use Stripe and accept all major credit cards globally. We also accept the digital wallet Link (for fast, one-click payments), and local European bank debit methods including iDEAL (Netherlands), giropay (Germany), Bancontact (Belgium), BLIK / Przelewy24 (Poland), and global bank transfer via SEPA and other networks.

How does Viqal handle data security and guest privacy?

Viqal adheres to industry standards for data security. All guest data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we comply with GDPR. Data is hosted in the EU. A standard Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

What kind of support does Viqal offer?

Every subscription includes a dedicated integration specialist, technical support, and continuous platform updates. For larger groups, additional support arrangements can be agreed in your contract.

Can Viqal work without PMS integration?

Yes. Viqal can function without any Property Management System integration. You can upload guests and reservations via CSV, or forward booking confirmation emails to an automated Viqal inbox that parses and imports them. PMS integration is the fastest path, but it is not required.

What are your contract and cancellation terms?

You can cancel at any time before the end of your current subscription period. We offer an optional 10% discount for annual billing. See our standard Terms of Service for full details. No long-term commitment, no clawbacks.

My PMS is not listed. Can I still integrate Viqal?

Yes, we set up new integrations on a rolling basis. For a new PMS integration there's a €500 integration deposit, and setup takes 2–6 weeks.

Does Viqal replace my staff?

Viqal is designed to augment your team, not replace it. The AI handles the bulk of routine inquiries, saving your team significant time on repetitive work and letting staff focus on high-touch service. Any complex request the AI cannot handle is escalated to the Team Inbox with full conversation history — your staff always steps in when it matters.
