How is Viqal's pricing determined?
Viqal's pricing is based on the number of rooms at your property. This volume-based structure ensures that the price per unit automatically decreases for larger hotels, providing maximum value.
What are the WhatsApp/SMS delivery fees?
Message delivery fees for WhatsApp and SMS are external charges from Meta/SMS carriers and are not included in your subscription. You can choose either the Variable Rate (pay at cost) or the Fixed Rate option.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. We do not charge any setup, installation, or hidden fees. Our team ensures a seamless onboarding process at no additional cost for all tiers.
What payment methods do you offer?
We use Stripe and accept all major Credit Cards globally. We also accept the digital wallet Link (for fast, one-click payments), and local European bank debit methods including iDEAL (Netherlands), giropay (Germany), Bancontact (Belgium), BLIK/Przelewy24 (Poland), and global Bank Transfer (via SEPA and other networks).
How does Viqal handle data security and guest privacy?

What kind of support does Viqal offer?

Can Viqal work without PMS integration?
Yes. Viqal can function without any Property Management System (PMS) integration. You can upload guests to Viqal or connect your bookings via email.
What are your contract and cancellation terms?
You can cancel at any time before the end of your current subscription period. We offer an optional 20% discount for annual billing. See here our standard Terms of Service.
My PMS is not listed. Can I still integrate Viqal?
Yes, you have three primary options for connecting guest data:
  • Custom PMS Integration: If a new integration is required, we charge a €500 integration deposit to initiate development. This full amount is credited back to your account to be used for future subscription fees, making the custom integration effectively at no extra cost for you. Please account for an estimated 2-6 weeks for development.
  • Email Connection: You can easily forward your booking confirmation emails to an automated Viqal inbox, which then processes and imports the guest data and reservation details into Viqal.
  • Manual Upload: You can always upload guest and reservation lists in bulk via a CSV file to enable the AI Guest Assistant.
Does Viqal replace my staff?
No. Viqal is an AI Assistant designed to augment your team's capabilities, not replace them.

It automates up to 90% of routine inquiries and actions, which saves your team significant amounts of time. For larger front desk operations or centralized communication centers, this efficiency allows teams to become more lean and focused, allowing human staff to concentrate on high-touch service, complex requests, and creating memorable guest experiences.
