We keep pricing fully transparent. The cost of message delivery (WhatsApp and SMS) depends on factors like the recipient’s location. These charges include the official Meta WhatsApp fees, SMS carrier fees, and the Twilio infrastructure fees required to deliver messages reliably. The total monthly usage fees will be automatically added to Viqal’s invoice based on actual message volume. You can find more information on pricing of WhatsApp delivery and SMS delivery.

On average, you can expect these fees to be around €0.60/room per month for properties in Europe, and around €0.25/room per month for properties in the Americas, GCC, and Oceania. Actual costs may vary depending on your message volume and recipient locations.
