Every property is a separate tenant in Viqal. Guest data, PMS credentials, knowledge base, and conversation history never cross boundaries — a reservation at property A is invisible to property B. Group-level users see aggregate analytics and can drill into any property, but guest PII access is scoped to each property's team. We never train foundational models on customer data.
One master services agreement covers the whole group, with per-property DPAs where required by local regulation. You receive one consolidated invoice per billing period, with per-property cost-centre breakdown. Pricing scales with the number of units — talk to us for a group quote.
Yes — this is the main reason groups choose us. Group marketing defines the brand voice and approves the master template library; every property inherits it. Local properties can add property-specific knowledge (directions, local restaurant partners, pet policies) without changing the voice. The dashboard shows a voice-adherence score so deviations get flagged.
Mews is live today; Opera Cloud, Apaleo, and Cloudbeds are in active development. If your group standardises on one PMS, we go live property-by-property on it. We do not migrate historical conversation transcripts from legacy inboxes; those stay where they are. Historical reservation data syncs from your PMS on day one — guests who check in post-launch get the full personalised experience.
